Educational tool — not financial advice
APOLLO is a discipline and education tool. Everything in it — the checklist, the risk computer, the clearance panel, the lessons, the analytics — exists to help you organize your own trading decisions and understand how markets behave. Nothing in APOLLO is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, futures contract, option, currency, or digital asset.
"Cleared" is your checklist, not a signal
When the console shows CLEARED, it means one thing only: the conditions you configured have been marked complete and the position size fits the limits you set. It is not a trade signal, not a prediction, and not an assessment of whether any trade will be profitable. Markets can and do move against fully "cleared" trades.
Risk disclosure
Trading futures, options, stocks, forex, and digital assets involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than you deposit in some products. Past performance — yours, anyone's, or anything implied by lessons or analytics — does not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.
You are responsible
Every trading decision you make while using APOLLO is yours alone. APOLLO TRADE accepts no liability for trading losses, missed opportunities, data errors, or decisions made using this tool. If you need investment advice, consult a licensed financial advisor.
Not a broker
APOLLO does not execute trades, hold funds, or connect to any brokerage for order placement. It is a planning and journaling layer that sits beside whatever platform you trade on.
TERMS OF SERVICE · Effective July 18, 2026 · myapollotrade.com
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account or using APOLLO ("the Service") at myapollotrade.com, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer on this page. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. By using it you confirm that you are.
3. What the Service is
APOLLO is an educational and personal-organization tool for traders: a pre-trade checklist, a position-risk calculator, a trade journal, analytics, and educational lessons. The Service does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice; does not generate trade signals or recommendations; does not execute trades; and does not hold funds. The Disclaimer tab forms part of these Terms.
4. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and not share your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account is for one person. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods. Free trials (where offered) convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. We may change prices with at least 14 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period. Feature lists may evolve; features marked "soon" are in development and not guaranteed by a specific date.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its lessons; reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the Service's content or code except as permitted by law; interfere with the Service's operation or security; misrepresent the Service's outputs as advice or signals to others; or share one account across multiple people.
7. Your content and our content
Your journal entries, calibration answers, and imported data remain yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process that data solely to operate the Service for you. The Service itself — including its design, code, lessons, text, and branding — is owned by APOLLO TRADE and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it while you have an account in good standing.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Educational content may contain errors or simplifications; market structure described in lessons may not reflect any specific current market condition.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: APOLLO TRADE is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service; and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless APOLLO TRADE from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or discontinuation of the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 8–10) survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

PRIVACY POLICY · Effective July 18, 2026 · myapollotrade.com
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains what information APOLLO TRADE ("we") collects when you use APOLLO at myapollotrade.com, how it is used, and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address, an optional display name, and — if you sign in with Google — the basic profile information Google shares (name and email). Authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase, which stores this data on our behalf.
App data stored on your device. Your calibration answers, journal entries, lesson progress, points, and settings are currently stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing your browser data will erase them.
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems; we receive only your subscription status and plan.
Technical data. Our hosting and authentication providers automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of operating and securing their services.
3. How we use information
We use your information solely to: operate your login and account; provide the Service and remember your settings; process subscriptions; respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run APOLLO: Supabase (authentication and account storage), Stripe (payments), and our web host. Each processes data under its own security and privacy commitments. We may also disclose information if required by law.
5. Cookies and local storage
APOLLO uses browser local storage to keep you signed in and to save your app data on your device. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
6. Data retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your on-device data anytime via Settings → Reset. To delete your account and its data with our providers, email support@myapollotrade.com from your account email and we will process the deletion.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, contact support@myapollotrade.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8. Security
We rely on industry-standard providers (Supabase, Stripe) that use encryption in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
